To begin a series of competitive sprint cycles, I conducted a heuristic evaluation. During the design sprint I created site maps, journey maps, wireframes, and interaction design elements for the Children's Financial site.
In order to support multiple user groups the primary design recommendations began with improving and simplifying the overall flow to increase conversion and usability.
